Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened items for a full refund within 10 days of purchase or receiving your Special Order Notification. A 15% restocking fee will be applied if a product is returned past 10 days, but within 90 days of ordering. No refunds if a product is returned damaged, without it's packaging or returned after 90 days from of purchase or receiving your Special Order Notification. Refunds can only be issued in the same method as originally paid or as a credit on your account.

The above is not applicable if the return or exchange is due to our error. Engine parts cannot be guaranteed to be correct if a serial number was not provided at the time of ordering. 

If you are shipping your item back to us for return or exchange, you must contact us before shipping it back. Items returned to C.A.S. Power Marine Ltd. without notification will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

• Opened or used
• Missing their serial number or UPC
• Special orders (returned at our discretion)
• Returned more then 15 days after purchase or receiving your Special Order Notification
• Returned without notification
