| Seven years ago I ventured out looking to buy a boat. At the time I was 26 years old and NO ONE took me seriously, nor would they give me the time of day. After several failed attempts to actually get someone to help me, I'd almost given up hope. That's when I stumbled upon your website and a boat I liked. I called and spoke to a very nice guy named Dan. He asked me what I was looking for and invited me to your showroom in Cambridge. I made an appointment with him and drove from Toronto to meet with him. I thought I was going to get the same reception I'd gotten from all the other salesmen but I was wrong. Dan was amazing! He took me in and showed me around the entire showroom. I told him I was a new boater and he took the time to explain the differances in all of the boats I liked. I did purchase a 2755 Bayliner Cierra from CAS Marine that day! The relationship didn't stop there. Dan took the time to come down and show me how to operate my new vessel and also would call me from time to time to make sure everything was good. He went beyond the call of duty, and it is for this very reason (7 years later) when I decided to upgrade, that I would call CAS Marine again and deal with Dan.
I called him in May and told him I was looking to upgrade into something bigger. Dan found a 3555 Bayliner Avanti that needed serious work! He said he would make it look brand new and to be honest, I was a bit reluctant. This boat looked rough! I trusted him and I have to tell you, he delivered the most amazing vessel!!!! I love my new Avanti, and my partner and I couldn't be happier. Once again Dan delivered a georgous boat that is now the talk of our Yacht Club.
I just thought you should know that you have a wonderful guy working for you, and my partner and I will be customers of yours for life. We have recommended and will continue to send all of our friends to CAS Marine. The customer service we received from Dan was unbelieveable.
